All of our projects are individually priced to suit your needs, we work out the material, plant and labour costs and provide breakdowns in our quotes. 

We usually like to set out stage payments at particular milestones within the project. We find that a structured approach works best to keep everything transparent but we are happy to consider alternative payment structures if it suits the project.

We require Architectural Building Regulation Level drawings to build from.

However, if you don't yet have drawings, we do work with various local Architects, of which we can recommend to suit your style, ideas and budget.

We regularly liaise directly with Building Control so you don't have to and we'll happily work with either private or council Building Control Officers to make sure our work is up to the latest regulations.
